This Membership Registration Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the use of username registration services and related services between you and us (the operator), FWCloud. This agreement explains our obligations to you, as well as your obligations to us for the various services we provide. By using your account or allowing others to use your account to access FWCloud services or products, you agree that these terms apply to you. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to access or use the services.
We are committed to responsibly handling any information and data we collect through our Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
FWCloud Privacy Policy:
FWCloud is an application that provides updated firmware versions for cameras, surveillance devices, and network equipment, collected from various sources on the Internet and official websites of the manufacturers. You have the right to use or not use it; we do not force you to do so. Any issues related to security or device errors after an upgrade are not our responsibility. When using the firmware, you affirm that you are capable of understanding any potential issues, risks, and exceptions that may arise.
We collect your information through the FWCloud application, including: display name, account name, and email address. Additionally, device information such as Advertising ID will also be collected and used when serving rewarded ads. After watching an ad, you will receive Accumulated Points, which can be used to pay for firmware downloads.
The information we collect from you will be stored on FWCloud's data servers. This data is used solely for the functionality within the app and related user experiences.
We have the right to share the information collected from you with our partners to support app functionality, such as: UnityADS, StartADS for the purpose of delivering rewarded video ads.
If you no longer wish to use FWCloud's services, you have the right to request the deletion of your information from our system. You must use the registered email to send a deletion request to: [email protected]. We will process and respond to your request accordingly.
By continuing to use the FWCloud App, you fully agree to the contents of this policy. These terms will be continuously updated to maintain the operation of the application.
