Accumulated Points and Stars are two units tracked in your account. They are used to pay when downloading firmware for your device. Depending on the type of firmware, brand, and features, the required amount of Points and Stars will vary accordingly.
Accumulated Points are collected when you agree to watch rewarded ads. For each completed ad view, you will receive 10 Points in your account. There is no limit on the number of rewarded ads you can watch.
By starting a rewarded ad to earn Points, you agree to allow us to collect the Advertising ID on your device and related information to support the ad services from UnityADS and StartADS platforms.
You may also receive Points via promotional codes provided through our Fanpage or events.
In the current version of the FWCloud app, Stars can only be used to download customized firmware versions for trial purposes. These customized firmware versions are developed by the brand for specific customers or regions and are not officially released international versions.
Currently, the only way to obtain Stars is through promotional codes provided on our Fanpage or through events.
Your Points and Stars do not expire. There is no daily usage limit. They cannot be transferred between accounts.
